Top notch car buying experience! I’m so glad that I decided to make the trip from Johnstown to shop here. Joe and Bernie are definitely not the stereotypical car salesmen; they are patient, friendly, and zero pressure. Joe was very good about communicating with me throughout the process without being too pushy, was totally honest about the car, and was super helpful all around. I called in to Pinnacle to check on a truck that I was interested in and spoke to Joe. He had the truck up front and ready for me when I arrived and quickly got me in the driver seat and on a test drive. When I returned we looked it over, and went inside to discuss further. There was absolutely no pressure to buy or upsell, Joe was great to work with. I drove away a couple hours later with my truck having a fantastic experience. Thank you Joe!

I found the exact car I've been searching for here at Pinnacle (2017 Hyundai Santa Fe, loaded with AWD). I was searching a 2 hour radius and they were right at the edge. Joe called and made sure it sounded like a good fit before I drove that far. Bernie made the sales experience enjoyable & I was offered a very fair amount for my trade in. Jennifer handled all the paperwork very efficiently. I was out of there in about 1.5 hours! It would have been less time but I needed registered in both PA & OH. This car is wonderful! I keep finding new things to love about it. I have already recommended Pinnacle to my family and will certainly return for future cars.

I purchased my 2017 Jeep Compass a few days ago, and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I got a fantastic deal - definitely the best in the surrounding area. They were fair with valuing my trade in. I would absolutely recommend them, and I hope to do business with them again in the future!
I reached out via email and received all the information I asked for from Joe same day. Bernie took us on a transparent test drive, allowing us to test how it goes up hill, over bumps and didn't make us take an easier route that would shield us from finding any flaws. The car was in tip-top shape for a great price. The customer service was fantastic! My partner even made the comment 'I never knew buying a car was this easy!' I highly recommend this dealership.
